Here’s who we’re currently looking for:
Mover
Our movers are the heart of what we do. You’ll work on-site with customers, handle
their belongings with care, and help make their move as smooth as possible. If you’re
someone who’s physically active, takes pride in your work, and wants to be part of a
solid team – you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do (and What We’re Looking For):
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and gear safely and efficiently
- Wrap and protect items using blankets, stretch wrap, and tape
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture or equipment when needed
- Follow crew leader instructions and prioritize safety on every job
- Be respectful, helpful, and courteous to every customer
- Keep trucks clean and well-organized
- Arrive on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude
- 1+ year of moving experience preferred (training available)
- Physically able to lift and move heavy items throughout the day
Compensation & Growth:
- $22-$26/hour + tips
- Paid semi-monthly
- Flexible 20-50 hour weeks
- Opportunity to move into a driver role within 3-6 months
Mover-Driver
As a Mover-Driver, you’re more than a driver – you’re a crew leader. You’ll take the lead
on job sites, set the tone for the day, and help ensure every move is completed safely, efficiently, and with professionalism. This is the right role for someone who’s confident, organized, and hands-on.
What You’ll Do (and What We’re Looking For):
- Drive 20–28 ft moving trucks for local or long-distance jobs
- Load, secure, and transport items with care
- Lead a small crew of movers and oversee the job from start to finish
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch
- Help with lifting, packing, and wrapping — this is a hands-on role
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience in moving (driving experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership, time management, and customer service skills
- Calm, dependable, and ready to support the team wherever needed
Compensation & Growth:
- $26-$30/hour + tips
- Paid semi-monthly
- 20–50 hours per week
- Opportunities to advance into dispatch, management, or training roles
