A Best Moves representative will collect your inventory over the phone, request photos of your residence, or send you a link to record a quick walkthrough video to help us assess the scope of the move.

After finalizing the details and creating a customized moving quotation, we will send you a preliminary cost estimate via email and text for your review.

To approve the estimate, you confirm the scope of work through the Best Moves client portal and digitally sign the moving contract. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If you have selected our packing service, our team will arrive with all the necessary materials to securely pack your belongings, ensuring the protection of fragile, sensitive and valuable items or equipment.

Our professionally trained movers will carefully load your possessions onto our spacious moving trucks equipped with protective interior walls and logistic tracks to keep everything secure and prevent shifting or damage during transport.

Upon arrival at your new location, our crew will unload your belongings into designated rooms, assemble furniture, and can assist with unpacking boxes or setting up exercise equipment.

Once the move is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to inspect your belongings and confirm that everything has arrived safely. This is also the perfect time for a walk through to ensure that all items are placed correctly. After verification, you’ll sign the completion order, and payment will then be processed.
